I strive to meet people where as they are, without the need to change them to adapt to me.

Yoga for Depression/Anxiety

Our bodies tell the stories that our words cannot. We hold grief in our chest, anguish and pain in our pelvis and the weight of the world on our backs. These one on one practices are designed to untangle the body from the emotions so that we can allow energy to move more freely through our bodies. These practices will consist of breathwork, the use of props to sustain long holds & external reflections through writing/journaling.

These practices are great for those who are:

  • Low energy
  • Feeling stuck
  • Low motivation
  • Anxious
  • Unable to focus

The Supported Practice

Moving through life sometimes requires the use of external objects to make our experiences obtainable. We use ladders to climb high and cushioned mats to support us when we set ourselves up to fall. These practices are designed to explore the endless possibilities of using props to support our practice. These practices will consist of the use of many many props and breathwork to sustain longevity in our practices.

These practices are great for those who are:

  • Yoga Teachers
  • Athletes
  • Dedicated Students

Practice Refinement

Rulers were designed to take measurements. Bodies are designed to sustain life. Our bodies are the framework for our existence. These practices are designed to focus on the alignment of our postures and link breath with movement. These practices will consist of using our bodies and props to find a deeper awareness into ourselves.

These practices are great for:

  • Beginners
  • New Yoga Teachers
