A winter meditation series focusing on breathwork, intuitive movement and energetics.
Beings move through cycles.
Dusk to dawn; repeat.
Summer to Fall to Winter to Spring… repeat.
Oftentimes we get so involved in the cycles themselves that we forget that even our own bodies follow the natural rhythm of these patterns.
With the intensity of the sun we become more active and as it begins to fade, our energy lessens.
We become more fatigued;
Throughout the Preserve the Prana series, we will begin to guide ourselves into deep rest. Creating space to strengthen the quality of breath through the practice of pranayama. All while opening our senses to observe & retain.
So that when we approach our next season, we can be ready to harvest the ideas and energy we’ve meditated on through the winter.
