As a yogi, I always aspire to learn from my colleagues. Within this practice you learn, grow & prosper not only through your personal practice, but through the lens of others. Courtneys practice is one of which I learn consistently. Her humble nature and patient spirit fuels her practice. So that she is informed & understanding of the cues she’s giving or receiving. It’s such a treat to have had her as a student in my class & I’m sure you will feel the same as a student in hers. All of Courtneys classes are donation based.

Alongside Courtney’s yoga teachings, she is also a fantastic artist. Abstract & articulately crafted tiny moments pop throughout her Instagram stories. I love that it’s always just a taste of what the full picture is. Leaving the viewer to roam within the range of their imagination. Check out her page if you’re intrigued!

“Her class emphasizes alignment to maximize the benefits of each pose while preventing injuries. She enjoys sharing this practice with others in hopes that they find their own personal benefits.

Courtney draws her inspiration for painting from her everyday surroundings. She works with prepared and found settings. Her work is often strictly observation, fueled by relationships and history; Courtney loves the process of seeing, studying, and imitating.”
